Ingredients

  •  avocado pitted cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 6-inch corn tortillas 
  • tablespoon juice of lime 
  • oz pepper jack cheese shredded
  • cup refried beans fat-free
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce shredded
  • cups rotisserie chicken shredded boneless skinless cooked
  • cup salsa 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Mist both sides of tortillas with cooking spray.
  2. Place on sheet and bake until crisp, about 8 minutes.
