Ingredients

  • lb andouille smoked thinly sliced
  •  bay leaves 
  • stalks celery diced
  • 0.5 tsp creole seasoning 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • servings spring onion for garnish
  •  pork hock 
  • lb kidney beans dried red
  • cups water 
  •  onion diced white
  • 0.5 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except for green onions and hot sauce to the slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, remove bay leaves and garnish with green onions. Seasonwith hot sauce or a splash of seasoned vinegar, if desired.
  4. Serve over fluffy white rice.
