Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups rice long-grain hot cooked
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.8 pound flank steak 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup low-salt beef broth 
  • ounce pre mushrooms 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cups onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour

Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak, and cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
  2. Combine steak and cornstarch in a small bowl, and toss well.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak, and saut 5 minutes.
  5. Add onion, and saut 1 minute.
  6. Add mushrooms; cover and cook 2 minutes.
  7. Add broth, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and parsley.
  9. Serve with rice.
