  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • ounce king salmon skin washed (skin from 1 side of salmon)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • servings vegetable oil

  2. Slice salmon skin into 4- by 1/2-inch strips.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and salt. Dredge strips in flour; fry, in batches, 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
  4. Drain well.
