  • Tbsp butter 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder 
  •  leeks light white green rinsed cut lengthwise into thin strips well
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.3 tsp pepper 
  • lb skin-on salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Place fish, skin sides down, on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with oil.
  3. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add leeks; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  5. Serve fish topped with sauce.
