Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup chilli sauce sweet
  • ounces pea-mond dressing 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice wine dry chinese
  • 36 ounce salmon fillet with skin
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  • tablespoons soya sauce divided
  • ounces sugar snap peas trimmed
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Coatwith nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk chili sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoonginger in small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Spoonchili sauce marinade over and let stand atroom temperature 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat broiler. Spoon any marinaderemaining on baking sheet over salmonfillets. Broil salmon without turning untilbrowned in spots and almost opaque incenter, 6 to 10 minutes, depending onthickness of fillet.
  5. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil inwok or heavy large skillet over medium-highheat.
  6. Add remaining 1 tablespoon gingerand minced garlic; stir until aromatic, about30 seconds.
  7. Add sugar snap peas and stiruntil crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
  8. Addremaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce, rice wine, and pea tendrils and stir just until wilted, about 1 minute.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  10. Place 1 salmon fillet on each plate.Spoon warm pea mixture over salmonfillets and serve.
