  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Combine water and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in rice; cover.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 min. or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Add cheese; mix lightly.
