  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • oz taco seasoning 
  • oz monterrey jack cheese 
  •  hawaiian rolls split
  •  avocado pitted peeled sliced
  • 0.3 cup salsa thick
  •  jalapeno chopped

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix beef and taco seasoning mix. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
