  • 2.3 pounds baking potatoes peeled cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-wide planks, each plank cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-wide strips

  • teaspoon sea salt 
  • teaspoon shichimi togarashi 
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  4. Mix salt, shichimi, and sugar in small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle over chips.
