  • 1.5 cups vegetarian meatless crumbles frozen (such as Morning Star Farms Meal Starters)
  • 0.3 cup peas frozen
  • 0.8 cup potatoes refrigerated country-style mashed (such as Simply Potatoes)
  • ounce crescent rolls refrigerated reduced-fat canned (such as Pillsbury)
  • servings indian spice blend mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. While filling heats, unroll dough on work surface. Press diagonal perforations together.
  4. Cut dough along remaining perforated lines to create 4 (6 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch) rectangles. Spoon filling evenly on half of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling, pressing with a fork to seal. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray, and place samosas on pan; coat samosas with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
  6. Serve with Greek yogurt, if desired.
