  • 10 ounce canned tomatoes diced with green chiles, un-drained canned
  • 8.8 ounce whole-kernel corn drained canned
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1.5 pounds ground sirloin 
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • tablespoons onion fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
  • 1.1 ounce fiesta dip mix ranch-style (such as Hidden Valley)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; crumble beef over vegetable mixture.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, and stir until well blended.
  4. Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 16
  6. Cool 5 minutes.
