  •  cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1.5 tablespoons chili powder 
  • 10 ounce whole-kernel corn frozen thawed
  • large garlic clove minced
  •  green onions cut into 1-inch pieces
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound turkey tenderloins 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine turkey and chili powder, tossing until turkey is coated. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add turkey, and saut 5 minutes or until done.
  3. Remove turkey from skillet; set aside.
  4. Coat skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Add green onions and garlic to skillet; saut 2 minutes.
  6. Add beans and next 4 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
  7. Add turkey and tomatoes to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
