Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter divided
- 0.5 cup philadelphia original cooking creme
- 8 oz mushrooms fresh sliced
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 0.5 cup onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp parsley italian chopped
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp lea & perrins worcestershire sauce

Directions
- Mix meat and pepper; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties. Melt 1 tsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until done (160F).
- Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
- Melt remaining butter in same skillet.
- Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 2 min or until onions are crisp-tender.
- Add cooking creme; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon over patties; top with parsley.
