  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes diced green drained canned
  • cup chicken broth 
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • 0.3 cup knudsen cream sour
  • large bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.1 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • cup onions chopped
  • lb shrimp cleaned uncooked (26 to 30 count)

Directions

  1. Cook bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until bacon is crisp, stirring frequently.
  2. Add green peppers; cook an additional 3 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add tomatoes, broth and red pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until heated through.
  5. Serve over the rice. Top with sour cream.
