Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup original barbecue sauce kraft
  • lb beef sirloin steak boneless trimmed cut into strips well
  • 0.5 tsp pepper black
  • cups brown rice long-grain hot cooked
  • cloves garlic minced
  • small onion cut into strips
  •  and pepper green red yellow cut into strips
  • Tbsp lite soy sauce

Directions

  1. Cook and stir vegetables in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender.
  2. Transfer to large bowl; cover to keep warm.
  3. Add meat, garlic and black pepper to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. or until meat is done. Stir in soy sauce; cook 1 min. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Combine meat mixture with vegetables.
  5. Serve over rice.
