Ingredients

  • 15 oz kidney beans undrained canned
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes undrained canned
  • tablespoons chili powder 
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal 
  •  eggs 
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • lb andouille smoked cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • cups frangelico 
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook sausage and onion in skillet 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Stir in garlic salt, chili powder, tomatoes and beans.
  2. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  3. Pour over sausage mixture.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
