  • pound mushrooms fresh
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • pound diestel breakfast sausage 
  • cup half and half 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 9-inch pie crust dough ()

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare the mushrooms by snipping off the stems.
  2. Cut in half if large.
  3. Crumble the sausage in a large skillet, add the mushrooms, cook on medium-high heat until the meat and mushrooms are lightly browned and all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated.
  4. Drain off the grease.
