  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  • cups potatoes cubed
  • pound andouille smoked sliced

Directions

  1. For oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a 4 quart casserole dish, combine the potatoes, kielbasa OR sausage, mushroom soup and vegetable beef soup.
  3. Mix together well.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Place the potatoes, kielbasa OR sausage, mushroom soup and vegetable soup in a slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
