  • tablespoon butter 
  • 12 ounces chicken-apple sausages fully cooked
  • teaspoons olive oil divided
  • cups treviso radicchio cored thinly sliced ( 20 ounces total)
  • 20 ounces onions red halved thinly sliced ()
