  • 0.7 cup wine dry white
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  •  garlic clove thinly sliced
  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1.5 tablespoons rosemary chopped
  • 0.5 lb sirloin steak boneless (preferably top butt; )
