  • 0.5 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  •  garlic cloves coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • pound swiss chard coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pepper and garlic to pan; saut 30 seconds.
  3. Add chard; cook 3 minutes or until wilted. Stir in broth. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Sprinkle with juice.
