  • tablespoons butter 
  • 1.5 pounds crimini mushrooms with damp towel
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry red
  • tablespoons parsley leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • servings salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add extra-virgin olive oil and butter.
  3. Add mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and thyme then cook 15 minutes until evenly browned and tender.
  4. Add wine and deglaze the pan.
  5. Add parsley and transfer mushrooms to a serving dish.
