Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add green beans and pimento and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add vinegar and water, cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes, until green beans are crisp-tender. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
