Directions

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add fish; cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Serve with Gazpacho Salsa topped with fish.
