Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over mediumheat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook,tossing occasionally, until tender andgolden brown, 8–10 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons water to skillet and cook,tossing mushrooms occasionally, untilwater is evaporated and mushrooms aretender, about 2 minutes longer.
  4. Transfermushrooms to a medium bowl and tosswith teriyaki sauce.
  5. DO AHEAD: Mushrooms can be made5 days ahead; cover and chill.
