  •  garlic cloves peeled smashed
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add spinach and next 3 ingredients. Cover and cook 3 minutes, tossing occasionally with tongs until spinach wilts. Stir in raisins and almonds; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
