Ingredients

  • 12 ounce baby spinach fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • Dash ground nutmeg 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoons pinenuts 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place pine nuts in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from pan; set aside.
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic; saut 30 seconds.
  5. Add spinach; cook 4 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat; sprinkle with salt and next 3 ingredients.
  7. Add pine nuts and raisins; toss well.
  8. Serve immediately with a slotted spoon.
