- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 0.3 cup golden raisins
- 1 Dash ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons pinenuts

- Place pine nuts in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
- Remove from pan; set aside.
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic; saut 30 seconds.
