  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon yogurt plain fat-free
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon rosemary fresh minced
  • teaspoon butter reduced-calorie
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • pound rump steak boneless lean (3/)
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Combine rosemary and pepper; sprinkle over steak.
  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine, and place over medium heat until margarine melts.
  4. Add steak, and cook 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Remove steak from pan; transfer to a serving platter, and keep warm.
  6. Combine yogurt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Spoon sauce over steak.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley. If desired, garnish with rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges.
