Ingredients

  • 30 oz cannellini beans drained progresso® canned
  • 4.5 oz chilis green chopped old el paso® canned
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth progresso®
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • oz yogurt plain fat free
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • medium bell pepper red chopped
  • teaspoon salt 
  • lb chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken, onion and garlic 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cilantro and yogurt.
  3. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and yogurt.
  5. Serve with additional yogurt and chopped cilantro, if desired.
