Ingredients

  • tablespoons ginger fresh minced
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  • tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth reduced-sodium
  • tablespoons soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • pound sea scallops halved
  • ounces snow peas 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • oz wheat noodles dried cooked thin

Directions
