  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cup juice of lime fresh ( 4 limes)
  • 0.8 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound sea scallops 
  •  serrano chiles thinly sliced

  2. Place scallops in a nonaluminum dish.

  4. Serve the scallops cold using a slotted spoon.
