  • tablespoons butter divided softened
  • tablespoon chives minced
  •  eggs 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread a scant teaspoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.Press bread, buttered side down, into 4 muffin cups.
