  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 cup scuppernong-orange glaze divided
  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients; rub over roast.
  2. Place roast on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
  3. Brush with half of glaze.
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  5. Brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Bake 30 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160.
