  •  cucumber seedless halved lengthwise cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  spring onion cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1.5 pounds sea bass fillets cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1.5 cups sparkling wine dry
