Directions

  1. Split each pita bread into 2 rounds.
  2. Cut each round into 8 wedges.
  3. Place wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Brush rough side of each wedge with oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
