  • tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • 0.5  bell pepper green red cut into pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon chipotles in adobo minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 large scallops 
  • 12 large shrimp with tails intact deveined peeled
  • 12 ounces andouille smoked sliced into pieces
  • 12 ounces snapper cut into pieces
  • 12  frangelico 
  • 12  frangelico

Directions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water 30 minutes.
  2. Combine orange juice and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Thread seafood, sausage, and bell peppers on skewers; place in a shallow roasting pan.
  4. Pour half of the orange juice mixture over the skewers, and chill 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400). Grill kebabs, turning and basting with remaining orange juice mixture, 12 minutes or until done.
