Ingredients

  • 1.3 pound live lobster 
  • servings lobster sauce 
  • servings poached baby octopus 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounces regine pasta hot cooked (long macaroni)
  • large scallops cut in half
  • servings garnishes: sea beans 
  • large shrimp deveined peeled

Directions

  1. Cook lobster in boiling salted water 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from water; cool slightly.
  3. Remove meat from claws.
  4. Remove meat from tail, and slice into medallions; chill until ready to use.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sprinkle scallops and shrimp with salt and pepper; saut 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Add Poached Baby Octopus and lobster; cook 1 minute or until heated through, adding more oil if necessary.
  8. Combine seafood mixture and pasta, and divide among 4 plates. Spoon Lobster Sauce on and around pasta.
  9. Garnish, if desired.
