Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon asian chili-garlic sauce 
  • ounces crimini mushrooms quartered (baby bella)
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • cups greens mixed
  • 24 ounce rib-eye steaks 
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon asian sesame oil divided
  • tablespoons sesame seed toasted
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 4.5 teaspoons vegetable oil divided

Directions

  1. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoonsvegetable oil, minced ginger, chili-garlicsauce, and 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil insmall bowl.
  2. Add cilantro and stir to blend.Set dressing aside.
  3. Rub 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil over eachside of each rib-eye steak.
  4. Sprinkle steakswith salt, pepper, and toasted sesameseeds; press firmly to adhere.
  5. Heat2 teaspoons vegetable oil in large nonstickskillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Addmushrooms; sauté until browned, about8 minutes. Season to taste with salt andpepper.
  7. Transfer sautéed mushrooms toplate.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and1 teaspoon sesame oil to skillet; heat overmedium-high heat.
  9. Add steaks; cook todesired doneness, 3 to 4 minutes per sidefor medium-rare.
  10. Transfer steaks to cuttingboard. Slice steaks. Toss mixed greenswith dressing in large bowl; divide greensamong plates. Top with steak slices andmushrooms and serve.
