  • pound cherry tomatoes halved

  • 0.3 cup prechopped onion red
  • cups d gourmet salad greens 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 pounds sea scallops 
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinaigrette light

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add scallop mixture to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Combine greens and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Divide salad evenly among 4 plates; top evenly with scallops.
