  •  garlic cloves divided
  • 0.1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • tablespoon horseradish prepared
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise light
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided
  • pound rump steak boneless trimmed ()
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
