- 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
- 1 large egg white
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise fat-free
- 1 tablespoon parsley fresh finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

- 1 pound lump crab meat drained
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper red chopped
