  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs soft
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • large egg white 
  • tablespoons mayonnaise fat-free
  • tablespoon parsley fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • pound lump crab meat drained
  • tablespoons bell pepper red chopped
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients; stir well.
  2. Add crabmeat, stirring gently. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
  4. Place over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
