  • tablespoon asian fish sauce 
  • tablespoon sesame seed black
  • 0.5 cup carrots shredded
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 0.5 cup daikon thinly sliced
  • tablespoon ginger grated peeled
  •  juice of lime 
  • 0.5 cup shitake mushrooms thinly sliced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cup cabbage shredded red chinese
  • teaspoon pepper flakes red
  • cup arame seaweed as garnish prepared (or ocean salad)
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • cup ogo thick as needed chopped
  • cup ogo thick as needed chopped
