- 0.5 cup carrots shredded
- 2 cups chicken breast shredded cooked
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil dark
- 0.3 cup dry-roasted peanuts divided
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh divided chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 0.3 cup green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons juice of lime fresh
