  • servings noodles hot cooked
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  •  garlic clove minced
  • slices garnishes: lemon and parsley 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 0.5 cup sesame seed toasted
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • 22 ounce turkey mignons 
  • servings creamy wine sauce

Directions

  1. Stir together first 8 ingredients; dredge turkey in sesame seed mixture.
  2. Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
  3. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 12 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Serve with Creamy Wine Sauce over hot cooked noodles.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
  6. * 2 turkey tenderloins, cut in half, may be substituted for turkey mignons.
