Ingredients

  • cups popped popcorn unsalted
  • cups celery stalks 
  • cup slivered almonds 
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • teaspoon ginger grated
  • cup peas dried green

Equipment

  • broiler pan

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 250°F. In broiler pan, mix popcorn, sesame sticks and nuts.
  2. In small bowl, mix butter, soy sauce, lime juice, oil and gingerroot.
  3. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until dry and crisp.
  5. Spread on paper towels to cool.
  6. Add green peas. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
