  • teaspoons chili sauce 
  • cloves garlic minced
  •  green onions sliced
  • 16 ounce linguine pasta 
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • tablespoons safflower oil 
  • tablespoons sesame oil 
  • teaspoon sesame seed toasted
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil.
  2. Add pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain, and transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Meanwhile, place a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
  5. Pour sauce over linguine, and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
