  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cups grapefruit juice fresh ( 3 grapefruits)
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup shallots chopped
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  3. Remove from heat; cool.
  4. Place the grapefruit juice mixture, cilantro, sugar, and pepper in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, slowly add 2 tablespoons oil; process until smooth.
