  • 0.8 cup red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan; add onions. Cook 3 minutes or until tender; drain.
  3. Place onions in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Combine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour vinegar mixture over onions.
  6. Bake at 400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
