Ingredients

  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • pound flank steak (1/)
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoon cracked pepper black
  • tablespoon pimento diced drained
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 pound mushroom caps

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Press pepper into both sides of steak.
  3. Place steak on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 8 minutes on each side or until steak is done.
  4. Remove and discard stems from mushrooms.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add mushroom caps and green onions, and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Add pimento, garlic, vinegar, and salt. Cook 1 minute.
  8. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Spoon mushroom mixture over steak.
