  • teaspoons ginger fresh grated peeled
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice concentrate undiluted thawed
  • ounce boned center-cut loin pork chops (1/)

Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork.
  2. Combine soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients (soy sauce through garlic) in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Add pork to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Remove pork from bag; discard marinade.
  5. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add chops; saut 3 minutes on each side.
